To make it easier on old and new members alike, we will skip the battle and start role playing. The battle was of course won by the rebel forces, the cats of Autumn were wowed by the powers the Outsiders. The young kits of the clan fought tooth and claw to protect their clan but soon gave up since most of the older cats weren't fighting and had turned against them. Role Play is open -- 6.9.09 -- Ghost
I've tried to move all character bios to the proper boards. There were a few who's fates hadn't been determined yet, so I moved them wherever they were before AutumnClan.
All litters of kits were moved to the kit bios, because some of them are going into different Clans. If you are keeping a kit that does not have it's own bio yet, please make one so it can be put into the proper Clan board. Thanks! -- 6.7.09 -- Moon
Activity Check. Anyone who does not reply will be deleted and cats given away. So get your butts in gear! -- 6.7.09 -- Ghost
Hey there, wonderful roleplayers of FF.
As you know we're doing a big site cleanup in anticipation of it truly being reopened to the public. Please bear with us, and if at all possibly try to get your little corner of the site organized so you're ready too. Whether it be confirming what characters you're going to keep for the new roleplay/plot, editing bios, or whatever else is needed, try to make it happen. Just getting things the tiniest bit more organized and up to date will put us that much closer to our grand reopening!
Thanks so much, you guys are the best.
- The Staffers
The sky has cleared to blue, the rivers no longer red run true.
New life begins with perfection, it's all been treated with correction.
Yet cats start to wonder, about wind, river, shadow and thunder.
When tables turn and destruction starts, each cat will have to take part.
The heavens are clouded, the memories shrouded.
Shadows veil the stars, and reopen freshly healed scars.
Bleak times are to come, and the Clans may yet become undone.
The four lost and nearly forgotten Clans; ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan and ShadowClan are back once again and alive more than ever. But just because all seems well doesn't mean that there isn't a cat or two who thinks ill of their new life.
As the new stories of the Clans are being written and old ways renewed, the kits of the former great Clan of Autumnshade are finding it hard to adjust to a much more free and hard working life style. Tensions begin to build and it becomes very clear that things might not be going as planned.
And as fights begin to break out inside the clans themselves, clan-mates turn against clan-mates and friends who were once as "thick as thieves" drift apart because of thoughtless love. Cats begin to let one similar question pop into their mind. Are four clans really better than one and is there room for two sets of warrior ancestors? Only in time will we see the climax to these stories.

"It's not my fault you're as slow as a snail!" Rabbitpaw laughed as she fell to her side and playfully jabbed at Runningtail with all four of her paws.
The breeze was gentle but it had the ability to make the tall yellow grass sway almost violently. A small leaf from a far off tree came dancing by and landing lightly on the she-cat's nose. It tickled her to the point of sneezing. Which she held in so not to cover her companion in her spray.
Rabbitpaw thingyed her head to the side and looked thoughtfully at the pale red tom and smile. "Runningtail, did you mother ever pick out a she-cat for you to mate with?" Rabbitpaw knew that Autumnshade the late leader of AutumnClan often chose the toms her queens would mate in the search of the perfect kits. She knew that three of her sons: Ratfur, Novaclaw, and even Frogeyes had been given mates by their mother but she never knew if the tom beside her had ever had a mate.

The pale red tabby smiled. "A fast snail, perhaps," he said with a little mrrow of laughter as he looked at his friend. Of course, Runningtail would never be as fast as the apprentice; she had been blessed with that power, and long legs and sheer effort couldn't match the power of StarClan. That was the way it always was, but it didn't ever feel like it mattered at all. They were just having a good time: two friends with common interests in mind. Who was faster and who was slower were just petty matters, as he saw it.
Runningtail's green eyes met Rabbitpaw's blue ones as she smiled and began to speak. As soon as she spoke the question, he felt his face grow hot, and he, as nonchalantly as he could manage, licked his chest to hide his embarrassment. All of his male littermates had been given she-cats to mate with, and he had been the only one to be left out. That's not to say he wasn't appreciative of this: he would have been scared out of his wits if forced to mate with a she-cat that he had most likely never talked to before; nonetheless, it still seemed a bit like his mother had not trusted him with one of her prized queens. "Umm... no," he said quickly. "I mean, she probably would have, but there just probably weren't enough queens or something and..." He trailed off, and looked back up at Rabbitpaw.

Rabbitpaw wiggled onto her back and began to role back and forth so to smooth down the grass around her. Her ears grew hot and her breathing and heart were in a heated race trying to out do each others speeds. So far neither one was winning. "I don't know what it would be like to have a mate. Have you ever thought about it? I have, I think it would be nice to call a tom mine and only mine." Rabbit glanced at the tom beside her. She could see that the skin underneath was just as red as his fur.
The dusty brown she-cat's breathing began to thicken, causing her head to grow light. All Rabbitpaw wanted was to blank and restart the conversation a new like she always did. But for some reason talking about mates with Runningtail stuck in her mind and wouldn't let go no matter how much she tried to shake it off.

Of course Runningtail had thought about having a mate. It had been something he thought about a lot when his brothers were off having kits and he was stuck with his main company being the rabbits, mice, squirrels, and other assorted prey he stalked as a hunter. He had wondered what it felt like to know that there was no one else, and what you felt about that one special cat, they felt about you.
Naturally, of course, his mother's pairings made in search for perfect kits did not provide the perfect kit-tale ending one might want, but still. The cats that his mother had put together had sometimes worked out, and would have, perhaps, become mates anyways. Maybe.
"It'd be nice," he said, suddenly finding his voice once more. He could feel that Rabbitpaw, too, was feeling tense in this discussion, even though she had been the one to originally pursue the topic of mates. At any rate, he felt compelled to continue. "To think that you're their one and only, and they're yours. And then have kits that look like the best of both of you, and you show the world that you two are made for each other, and..." He paused. "So, um... Yeah, I've thought about it."

"Do you think if AutumnClan was still around, your mother would have thought be beautiful to be a queen?" Rabbitpaw mewed, her voice cracking. The she-cat looked to the red tom beside her and tried to look him in the eyes but it proved to be difficult. Her vision blurred and couldn't seem to focus right on his face.
The breeze pushed past again, making the tall grass fall flat onto the WindClan apprentice. Ignoring it she continued, "do you think she would have picked me to be your mate?" The question burned her throat and barely came out right. Rabbitpaw closed her eyes tight waiting for Runningtail to answer.

Logically, if he thought about it, Runningtail knew that his mother wouldn't have named the daughter of two of her biggest enemies a queen, much less his mate, but that didn't much matter at the moment. He was not his mother, and therefore, his opinion was much different.
The pale red tom shifted his green gaze to Rabbitpaw, who, to his relief, was having just as hard a time making eye contact as he was. He looked down at the grass at his paws and opened his mouth to speak, "You're..." He hesitated, cautious that if he said one thing wrong, he'd ruin everything. "You're easily the most beautiful she-cat I have ever seen. My mother, she would have had to be insane to not name you a queen."
Runningtail took a few steps closer to the apprentice, and licked the top of her head slowly. He stopped for a second to consider his next words, then continued to speak. "If you had been a queen, I really, really would have wished and hoped and prayed that she would have picked me to be the tom to have kits with you," he said, kneading at the grass beneath his paws as he did so. "I probably would have begged her. But when she named you as my mate, I probably wouldn't have told you, because I would've been far too embarrassed. And I'm embarrassed right now, even though there's no reason for me to be, because I really, really care about you, Rabbitpaw, and if anything happened to you, I'd probably die."
